Is Dev's Foundation Trust a registered charity?
Yes. It is registered as a public charitable trust, registration number 744 of 2022, with PAN AAETD2568G.
Can I claim a tax deduction for my donation?
Our 80G approval is currently provisional, covering AY 2024-25 to AY 2026-27. Check the Compliance page for the current confirmed status before claiming a deduction, and keep your donation receipt for your records.
Will I get a receipt for my donation?
Yes. A transaction receipt is issued once a payment is confirmed as settled. Statutory Form 10BE, where applicable, is issued separately following Form 10BD compliance, and only after actual issuance, not automatically.
How does CSR funding work with the Trust?
Companies can route CSR funds to specific projects after a due diligence review. Our MCA CSR registration number is CSR00073171. Start the conversation from the CSR page.
Can I sponsor one student rather than a whole programme?
Yes. The Sponsor a Student page lists individual, anonymised beneficiary profiles with a specific funding goal, so you can sponsor one seat or several.
How is a student selected for sponsorship?
Students apply through the Beneficiary Apply page and are reviewed against each programme's eligibility criteria before being listed for sponsorship or placed on a waitlist.
Do your training programmes guarantee a DGCA certification or a job?
No. We do not guarantee DGCA certification or employment outcomes. Each programme page states its actual certification pathway and the career opportunities it is designed to support.
Where can I see how funds were used?
Project level reports and, where available, audited annual statements are published on the Reports page once approved by the Trustees.
Can foreign donors or companies contribute?
Foreign contributions are subject to FCRA review and are not accepted until that review and any required registration are complete. The Donate page will flag this at the point of payment.
How do I volunteer with the Trust?
Apply through the Volunteer page with your skills, availability and location, and our team will follow up on relevant opportunities.
