Dev's Foundation Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for programme direction, financial oversight and statutory compliance.

Responsible for overall programme strategy, delivery partnerships and day to day direction of the Trust's work.

D. Venu Gopal Reddy

Trustee, Authorised Signatory

Authorised to sign statutory filings and official correspondence on behalf of the Trust.

Beneficiary protection

Beneficiary identity is never published without documented consent. Profiles shown publicly are anonymised by default.

Financial oversight

Donations and CSR funds are tracked against project budgets, with payment reconciliation and maker checker approval on compliance documents before release.

Reporting

Audited annual statements and project level reports are published on the Reports page once approved by the Trustees.
