Donation Terms and Conditions

To set out the terms under which Dev's Foundation Trust accepts a donation through this website, and what a donor can expect in return.

Key provisions

  • A donation is a voluntary contribution with no goods or services provided in exchange, unless explicitly stated for a specific event
  • A transaction receipt is issued only after the payment is confirmed as settled by the payment gateway
  • Tax treatment follows the Trust's current, confirmed 12A and 80G status, stated on the Compliance page, not a blanket claim made here
  • A donor may direct a gift to the general fund, a named programme, or a specific sponsorship, subject to the Trust's ability to apply it to that purpose
  • Statutory Form 10BD reporting and Form 10BE issuance follow the applicable income tax rules, and are not generated automatically outside that process

Escalation

Donation disputes or receipt queries go to Finance in the first instance, then to the Grievance Redressal process below.
