CSR Fund Utilization and Reporting Policy

To set how CSR funds received for a specific project are tracked, spent and reported back to the corporate partner.

Key provisions

  • Each CSR project is tracked against its own approved budget, separately from general Trust funds
  • Utilisation reports are issued on the schedule agreed in the project MoU, with supporting invoices and expense evidence available on request
  • Unspent CSR amounts at the end of a reporting period are flagged to the corporate partner promptly, not carried silently
  • An independent verification or impact assessment is arranged where the corporate partner's own policy or the applicable rules require it

Escalation

CSR reporting queries go to the CSR Manager, then to Finance.
