CSR Partnership Terms and Conditions

To set out the basis on which a company funds a project through Dev's Foundation Trust as its CSR implementing agency.

Key provisions

  • Dev's Foundation Trust holds MCA CSR Registration Number CSR00073171, which allows it to act as an implementing agency; it does not by itself make every project eligible for every company's CSR policy
  • Each CSR engagement is governed by its own project agreement and budget, not by a standing blanket arrangement
  • Funds received for a named CSR project are restricted to that project and accounted for separately
  • Utilisation reports, supporting evidence and beneficiary outcome data are provided per the agreed milestone schedule
  • The corporate partner remains responsible for its own CSR reporting obligations under the Companies Act and CSR Rules; this Trust supports that reporting but does not assume it

Escalation

CSR partnership queries go to the CSR Manager, then to the Managing Trustee if unresolved.
